The Nigerian Navy Secondary School (NNSS) Ogbomoso is a co-educational school and is located in Ogbomosho, along Iresa – Apa/Ogbomoso Expressway and has a landmass of 66 acres and a perimeter of 2.457m. The objective of establishing the school is to provide for the education needs of children/wards of Service personnel at a subsidized cost and civilians in the adjoining environment. 

 

 The School was established on 13 October 2012 with Navy Captain     EO Ogbonnaya as the pioneer Commandant and Lieutenant Commander 00 Owolabi as the Deputy Commandant. The NNSS Ogbomosho commenced academic activities with 144 pioneer students comprising 89 boys and 55      girls. It had civilian staff strength of 22.
